Fake farting: it's fun again!

I won't speak for everyone here... some people actually did read the book (or at least know what book it was). But as for me, I think the best thing about book club is making farting noises with my new iFart app! Seriously, there's nothing funnier than staging a "brown mosquito" behind someone in the midst of a plot summary! Or interrupting a heated debate with a "dirty raoul".

But don't take my word for it. Here's an enlightening report on the Today Show about iFart... yet more proof that I could totally be a talk show host!

  1. Wouldn't it be great if you could send a fart to someone else's phone?! I mean, if you keep ifarting, people are gonna figure out it's you. But if you could ventriloquate (I just coined that word) your ifart, then you could disrupt ~any~ meeting without getting busted!

  3. OK, seriously... secretly sending farts to other people's phones is just about the BEST idea I have ever heard! And I've heard a lot of good ideas.

Kathi, do it: get the iFart (I mean iPhone)!

  5. You should check out the children's book Farting is Fun by Meg Goepel. If you think farting's funny, you'll def love that book!

  6. I got to see Joel Comm at the o2 arena in london late 2009 where he showed us the ifart app live on stage and the whole arena was in histerics. Can you imagine it, over 7,000 people wetting themselves with laughter, it was awesome.
He also went on to show us all the sort of income possibilities from creating iphone apps and the figures can be staggering. Fun apps tend to sell the most and ifart is evidence of that when it made $27,000 in one day on the app store alone. Well done Joel and thanks for the insight into the industry which i’m now promoting through my own wesite.
